Returns & Replacements

All returns are accepted within two weeks from date of delivery if the product is in the original condition it was received in, however we will not accept the product if it was worn, used, altered or damaged. red art leather access offers a lifetime warranty from any manufacturer errors. We will cover any damage caused by a defect. This guarantee does not cover any damage that results from neglect, improper handling, abuse or common carrier damage. This guarantee also does not cover ordinary wear and tear.
